Vineyard planted May 2001 with Chardonnay, Riesling and Cabernet Franc
Eveningside Vineyards, a limited liability company, was formed August 2000 by Randy Biehl
Award winning wine maker Angelo Pavan of Cave Spring Cellars, Ontario, is Eveningside's consultant wine maker
Expert vineyard manager Kevin Latter of Cave Spring Cellars, Ontario provides guidance to Eveningside Vineyards
